If you have been building Shopify apps through the Partner program, you already know what Heymantle was. One dashboard that pulled together MRR, churn, payouts, and customer timelines across your entire app portfolio. No spreadsheets, no jumping between tabs in Partner Dashboard. Just one clean surface that told you how your business was actually doing.
Mantle is shutting down. And for a lot of Shopify app developers, that leaves a real gap.
I built Cruxify to fill it.
What is Cruxify?
Cruxify is a Shopify Partner analytics platform designed specifically for app portfolio owners. You connect your Shopify Partner account once, and Cruxify syncs your shops, revenue events, subscription changes, and payouts in the background. From there, everything is available in a single dashboard: MRR, net movements, churn reasons, payout reconciliation, and full customer timelines per shop.
No merchant-side installs. No custom scripts. Just read-only Partner credentials and you are up and running.
Why build another Heymantle alternative?

Honestly, I had been running a private version of this for my own apps at Kodence for a while. When Mantle announced they were closing, it made sense to clean it up and open it to others rather than watch everyone scramble for a replacement.
I kept the overall structure deliberately close to what Mantle had. They got the UX right. The metrics Shopify app developers care about are not complicated to define, but they are easy to get wrong when you are building the views. Mantle had figured that out, so I did not see a reason to reinvent it.
Cruxify is not a competitor to App Store Pulse either. That tool focuses on app discovery and store analytics. Cruxify is purely the revenue and retention layer: what is happening with your MRR, who is churning, why they are leaving, and what your payouts look like.
What Cruxify tracks
MRR and revenue. Recurring revenue, growth rate, and net movements updated continuously. Filter by app, date range, or shop to drill into what changed and why.
Churn and subscription events. Every uninstall, plan change, trial conversion, and cancellation is captured. Cruxify surfaces the uninstall reasons Shopify sends back so you can understand retention before MRR actually drops.
Customer timelines. A full history per shop: installs, plan changes, transactions, and lifetime value. When a shop cancels, you can see the full picture of what they did while they were active.
Payout reconciliation. Tracks Shopify Partner payouts so you can match what you earned against what actually landed in your account.
Slack alerts. Installs, uninstalls, and revenue milestones pushed to Slack in real time.
How it works

The setup is three steps. Connect your Shopify Partner account using read-only credentials. Cruxify imports your apps, shops, revenue events, and upgrades automatically. Then you have one dashboard across your full portfolio.
There are no merchant-side installs required, which means you do not need to touch any of your live apps or ask merchants to do anything.
Pricing
Cruxify pricing is based on tracked MRR. The free plan covers up to $2,500 MRR and includes the full product, so you can evaluate it properly before deciding whether to upgrade. Paid tiers scale from there through Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise.
Every plan includes the complete feature set. You pay for volume, not for access to features.
Try it now
If you want to see it before connecting your own account, there is a live demo available at cruxify.io with demo credentials already on the page.
Cruxify is built by Kodence, a Shopify Partner agency that also develops several apps in the Shopify App Store. It is not a large team or a venture-backed company. It is something built out of a genuine need, opened up because others have the same need now that Mantle is gone.
If you are a Shopify app developer looking for a Heymantle alternative that covers MRR, churn, payouts, and customer timelines without requiring anything on the merchant side, give Cruxify a try.
