Loggr – Product History and Revert (“the App”) is provided by Kodence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when merchants install or use our app in their Shopify store.
Information We Collect
When you install the App, we are automatically provided with access to certain types of data from your Shopify store through the Shopify API. This may include:
- Basic store information (store name, email, domain)
- Product information (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, tags, metafields)
- Webhook data about product updates
We do not collect customer data (such as customer names, emails, or orders).
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Track and log product changes within your Shopify store
- Display edit history and allow merchants to revert changes
- Provide customer support and improve app functionality
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
All product history data is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Data Retention
We retain product change logs for as long as your store uses the app. If you uninstall the app, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@kodence.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
